Francisca de Torres was Chef Manny's grandmother,who was also a chef. She taught him the passion for hospitality and the farmers market. At Francisca's we want to make people feel like at home, offer the best quality ingredients, a tasting menu and a la carte menu (salads, pastas, fish and steaks etc...). We are farm to table restaurant, Italian Venezuelan cuisine and we pair with international and local beers and wine for a reasonable price.
